Geometry Q&C with laser scanning
With the detailed point cloud measured by the laser scanner, we can analyze the discrepancies between the plans and the constructed structures. At any point in the structure, we can determine the direction and magnitude of the deviation, and we can create colorful deviation maps of the entire structure, which allows for a highly visual representation of the deviations from the plans.
By determining the deviations point by point, necessary corrections can still be made during the execution, or if needed, the connecting elements can be redesigned in time.
